To complement GII’s efforts to improve the delivery of new infrastructure and get more out of existing assets, we host a number of Innovation Site Visits each year.

Each Innovation Site Visit exposes leaders in the GII community to some of the most exciting developments in infrastructure from around the world. Led by a combination of the host site's executive team and McKinsey partners, the visits provide participants with an immersive experience of the innovation and a clear understanding of its potential impact at scale.

The host organizations are responsible for coordinating the arrangements and logistics, including accommodation, transportation and meals. Participants cover their own travel and accommodation costs. McKinsey partners will accompany participants on each site visit. For details of past and forthcoming site visits, please read below.

Note: McKinsey & Company does not endorse the organizations hosting the innovation site visits and their inclusion does not contain legal or investment advice.
